Shipping and handling

 

Bottegadelcoltello.it will pack your favourite articles with the maximum care, so that you receive them in perfect conditions. We chose to ship the merchandise by carrier. If you receive the packet with the external part not in perfect conditions, please reject it, letting the carrier write this reason on the covering letter, which travels with the packet, and please let us know what happened at the address urge@bottegadelcoltello.it .
We will immediately prepare new shipping, or, in case of unavailability of the articles you ordered, we will cancel your payment, and then we will send you information about the reversal or refund.
If the carrier doesn’t find anybody at the address you provided us, he will let a written delivery note with a telephone number you will have to call to arrange a date for the delivery of your purchase. Don’t hesitate to contact us at the address urge@bottegadelcoltello.it  in case of miscarriages or of unsatisfactory treatment. We will immediately contact the carrier to solve every possible problem.
